The Blocksy theme just passed the 200,000 active install milestone.

Cwicly has updated their home page and announced that it will now be available for download for free. They also announced that they are submitting Cwicly to the WordPress directory. Paid users will be eligible for support and free users will have support via their Discourse forum.

Toolset just released an update for WordPress 6.6 (which is due out later this month). It is nice to see them being proactive.

The Meta Box team released a couple of updates that include syncing block JSON to the Meta Box Builder and rendering blocks using Meta Box Views.

In case you missed it, Google Analytics version 3 is end of life and beginning July 1st that data will no longer be available. You can download the data before the 1st if you want to keep access to it. Otherwise you should have already migrated the GA for your sites to version 4.

The Beaver Builder team released a developer update with new features for testing for Beaver Builder 2.9 and Themer 1.5. It is a long and very interesting list, including a Loop Module, Modules as Blocks, and optimizations.

The Plugin Review team has reset the passwords for plugin authors. It appears some recent plugin vulnerabilities may have been the result of password reuse.

The release of WordPress 6.6 is about 3 week away and the release field guide is out. There are a large number of features and changes across a wide range of areas.
