This is an interesting interview by Matt Medeiros with Paul Charlton and Brian Coords. There was not much debate as Paul and Brian really seemed to be on the same page.

Crocoblock has 5 plugins that work with Bricks and they just released a dedicated page highlighting the integration.

Paul Charlton challenges the often repeated notion that you have to be a developer to use Bricks. In this video he highlights similarities between Elementor and Bricks to show that basic concepts are the same while also showing that some of the differences in how they are implemented in Bricks provides flexible and powerful options.

Bricks 1.9.5 just dropped. The major feature of this release is a new Global Class Manager. There is also the ability to run a JavaScript function after an interaction has been triggered, along with some accessibility improves and fixes.

In this article Elvis Krstulović weighs in on the discussion on user friendly builders, no-code options, and whether these are niche or not niche. He shows that UI controls, such as are used for flexblox layouts, are common across professional design tools.

Here is a nice, short, but very useful video from Paul Charlton who shows how to create a nested post loop in Bricks to group posts in a listing by category. The inspiration for the video was from an article by Maxime Beguin on the Bricks Labs website.

Paul Charlton recently made a video showing how to use the Core Framework with Bricks. He has released a follow up companion video showing some more steps you can take to get the most of using the two together, such as adding custom classes and variables in the Core Framework UI instead of in the Bricks settings. The advantage of doing this is that you create your own set of styles that you can easily reuse on other sites rather than manually adding the settings to Bricks each time.
