Ovidiu Maghetiu, the creator of WP Code Box, has been working on a new project, PhantomWP. It is an editor and site building framework for creating headless WordPress sites using Astro. It has a lot of features built in, including Git deployment. Here is a video overview.

I always liked the idea of Post Formats, but I’ve probably only used them a couple of times. One of the nicest implementations was Justin Tadlock’s Stargazer theme. Over the years the feature hasn’t been highlighted or promoted and with block themes even more so. Now Courtney Robertson released a Post Formats for Block Themes plugin. One enhancement is that the Chat format includes an integrated Chat Log block that nicely displays chat logs. She tells about the plugin in this post. An update to Divi 5 released today now includes the Inspector. It lets you inspect an element to get an overview of its most essential attributes, including all child elements. You can then quickly change colors, fonts, sizes, content, and presets across everything.
