Studio, the local development environment from Automattic, is now available for Windows. It uses the Playground technology.

Studio, the WordPress com’s local development environment, is now available for Mac. The Windows version is still being developed. Note that Studio uses the WordPress Playground technology and not the usual MAMP stack!
