Acquisition – Barn2, developer of a number of WooCommerce plugins, sold of them 7 to Kestrel so that they could focus on the best performing ones.

The Updraft team has made another purchase, acquiring the WPGetAPI plugin, which allows you to connect to any REST API, format and display the returned data on your WordPress website.

On the acquisitions front, Brainstorm Force is now part owner of LatePoint, an appointment booking and scheduling WordPress plugin. It is being integrated into SureCart and ZipWP.
