This is an entertaining and interesting video from Craylor where he did an anonymous head-to-head test of WordPress hosting support. Great idea that seemed to be well executed. I admit that I laughed out loud when the worst was announced.

This article argues that always available support is essential for hosting companies, especially for agencies. Not all options have support available at all times, especially VPS control panel providers. Note that this article did make me think of AI writers, but it seems the points are good.
