From WordPress.org, the results of the 2022 Annual WordPress Survey are in. Interesting information about the WordPress community.

From Mathieu Viet of the BuddyPress team shares that BuddyPress is preparing for some big changes. There is some self-reflection and course correction about the project focus and purpose that sounds promising.

The Amazon team has launched “CodeWhisperer” which is an AI code assistant similar to Github’s Copilot, except that it is free for personal use. It looks very interesting.

Cloudways has been known for allowing users to pick their own cloud provider, sever size and customizations. Now they have announced a beta of their Autoscale service which is fully managed, auto-scaling, load balanced, and high availability.

The Human Made team announces a free online event where Human Made will show their current AI projects, other developers will show what they are working on, and there will be discussions the impact AI will have on the WordPress industry. Registration is now open.

The Meta Box team created a tutorial showing how to create a FAQ page using Meta Box and Bricks. There is a video version available.
