Winden is a Tailwind implementation for WordPress. The latest version makes it free for use with Gutenberg.

Joshua Gugun Siagian created an implementation of Tailwind CSS 4 for WordPress called WindPress (previously called Yabe Siul). WindPress is lightweight, fast, and compiles in the browser, so no calls to an external server are needed. The developer has just released a free version on the WordPress plugin directory for Gutenberg, Greenshift, Kadence, and Timber. Builders such as Bricks, Breakdance, Oxygen and others require the pro version.

Here is an interesting take on Tailwind that challenges its core principles and suggests that semantic HTML and CSS is a better option. These are interesting topics, but of course the choice of a CSS design system depends on the project, the users, goals, etc.
