Customizing the login related pages is popular now and WordPress 6.4 provides some HTML markup improvements to make that easier. If you are a plugin author that provides customization to the login page then you might want to check that your code still works with the changes.

Of note to theme and plugin developers – WordPress 6.4 has a change in how some styles are loaded.
