This is interesting. I don’t recall Beaver Builder ever targeting a competitor before. In the past they have always been the nice ones who avoid drama. In this post they target Bricks and mention some Bricks issues I don’t recognize. By the way, doing a comparison post is legit, it is just a surprise to see them go on the offensive in this way.

WP Ultimo has been abandoned for a number of years. Now a member of the WP Ultimo user community, David Stone, has forked WP Ultimo and provided a number of bug fixes and significant improvements. He plans to release it on WordPress . org as Multisite Ultimate but you can grab it now from github.

A few weeks ago I installed the latest build of Etch and tried it out. It seems to still be in the code first stage and I ended up searching through posts in the Circle group for answers to questions I had. Now the Etch team has started on a documentation site. Many of the topic s are still “More to come…” but they are starting to be filled out and should be useful for those who want to experiment with the developer builds.
